A 2009 Kenyon graduate, Tracy Menzel returns to her alma mater for her first year as assistant coach after spending the previous three seasons as the assistant women's swim coach at Rutgers University. 

During her time with the Scarlet Knights, Menzel helped coach a total of seven swimmers to the NCAA Championship while helping the women's team set several records. 

Prior to coaching at Rutgers, Menzel worked for two years at University of California, Berkeley in the position of academic coach at the Athletic Study Center, as well as graduate manager to the university's women's swimming program.  While at Berkeley, Menzel also completed her Master's in the Cultural Studies of Sport in Education.

As a student-athlete at Kenyon, Menzel majored in women's and gender studies while helping the Ladies swimming program win three national team titles and claiming 16 All-America awards, including two-individual national titles in the 100 breast.
